Mischa Barton reveals heartbreak and betrayal over leaked sex tape

In a press conference at her lawyer's office, The OC actress Mischa Barton said she had been "betrayed" by an ex-boyfriend, who had filmed the actress in a "private" moment without her consent.
After news broke that the x-rated video of the beauty was being sold to the highest bidder, Mischa teamed up with lawyer Lisa Bloom to take legal action.
Her lawyer said that that police have been informed about the tape and court restraining orders have been requested.
The video of Mischa is said to show the former child star having sex with a dark-haired man on a bed.
