More than two months after her husband was inaugurated as President of the United States, Melania Trump's official portrait as First Lady has been released by the White House - and naturally, social media is having a field day.
'I am honoured to serve in the role of First Lady, and look forward to working on behalf of the American people over the coming years,' Melania said in a statement accompanying the image, which was shot by Belgian photographer Benoit Mahaux. It shows FLOTUS wearing a black blazer, a sequinned scarf and her 25-carat diamond ring, a gift from her husband Donald on their tenth wedding anniversary (estimated to have cost around $3 million).
